Went to Desa Park City again.
But this time add 2 more people.
Vinroy and ShinLoong.

And we jog different area,
up hill this time.
So damn "san fu" T_T
mau vomit dahh... BUAKKK~~!!

Then, we went to metro prima those condominium
swim~!!
The water there so cold~ @_@
Almost become IceMan~!!

Then continue our whole day exercising.
To the GYM room !!
